My Background

Above all, support for learning and creation

My studies were initially influenced by a sensitivity to images. I have two Masters: one in graphic design and another one in visual arts. I have taught art and graphic design for 6 years.

In 2014, I met Catherine Contour, French artist and choreographer who works with hypnosis and teaches it. I attended several of her workshops called "Transmission of the hypnotic tool" and ever since then I have been obsessed with hypnosis.

After immigrating to Tiohtiá:ke/Montreal in 2016, I trained as a hypnosis practitioner at the École de Formation Professionnelle en Hypnose du Québec (EFPHQ). The training included more than 1200 hours with supervised internship. I have mainly worked with artists, activists and people from the LGBTQIA2+ community.

Today, my practice of hypnotherapy naturally focuses on support for learning and support for creation.
I offer individual sessions and group workshops. My teaching experience and my work as an artist give me the expertise to better understand the challenges related to learning, creating or working in a group setting.

My skills are not limited to the arts or education.
To find out more, you can visit the Why choose hypnosis section and discover the possible applications of hypnosis. If you need clarification, you can also make a 15-minute phone appointment where I will answer your questions.
